Stuffed Marrow

Has anyone got a good recipe for minced beef stuffed marrow? Got a lovely marrow and can't find a healthy recipe for it. Need it for tomorrow night.

    Not so much a recipie but I used to make a bolognaise sauce with minced beef or quorn mince and put it in marrow with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top
    Bake in the oven till marrow is soft ......yum x
