friendly competition

I started off at 197.6 pounds in May of 2011.
In January of 2012 I weighed-in at 128.9 lbs.
Today I weighed-in at 144.8 lbs.
In almost 8 months I gained 20 pounds because of my depression and eating disorder.

I'm ready to lose the 20 pounds I gained and then some. I'm 5'2 so I'm hoping to get to 120 lbs and gain muscle. Basically, I want a body like Jillian Michaels's :)

I'm in school for personal training, and I graduate in March. By then I will have reached my goal weight (no doubt in my mind).

Anyway, I would like to join a challenge group to make things interesting. Exercise is easy for me because I love it - I practically live at the gym. I love competition so challenges with weekly weigh-ins would be perfect for me :)

    Hey! I'm up for a challenge too! I spent a good bit of time right around 157. The heaviest i've ever been is 167. When i get over 150 I start training like crazy then as i start to look better i sort of adopt a "good enough" attitude. I'm trying to stay motivated this time so i can get down to around 125ish. I'm highly competitive and this might be just what i need to keep up my motivation! I'm currently at 145.2 and 5'5''. I really want to reach my goal by christmas.
