I've been doing the 30 day shred and just finished my first week doing the c25k and for the past few days my ankles have been hurting. I've been running and exercising in running shoes. I've tried three different diadora shoes since my husband sells that brand. I haven't started week 2 of c25k and didn't do 30 day shred today cuz It hurts. I can still walk on it fine but I can't run and I feel funny on stairs. Is this cuz I need different shoes? Can I carry on exercising?

I would take a few days off and see how it feels, then start again. if there is an injury, it mayl take more than 1 day to feel better. take what you need then start over.
    good luck

I would rest the ankle for a couple of days.

You may wasnt to try another brand of shoe something with more support. You can go to the running store and get them to figure out what the best shoe for you is. I went one year and they got me to walk a line with out shoes and watched my walking pattern to determine the type of support I needed. I ended up getting sauconys.:flowerforyou:
