Am I going about my weight loss the wrong way?

So I've been on MPF since April of this year and I've lost (probably) over 31 lbs so far. I keep hearing stories of how women lost that much weight over the course of a year and a half. That makes me think I may be losing weight too quickly. I usually keep myself around 1200 calories a day on days that I don't exercise. On exercise days I go up to 1500-1600 and once a week I have three slices of Pizza Hut pepperoni pan pizza. Every other day, I do Crunch Boot Camp Training for 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of Crunch Pilates training to tone my abs more. On the days I don't do the workout videos I usually clean or walk for a little while.

I know it may seem weird that I'm worried about all of this, but I really am curious if I am losing weight too fast or if I need to up my calories. I don't feel unhealthy. In fact, I feel great. I'm just worried that I may be doing something wrong.

Any thoughts?

are you experiencing any negative side effects? If not I wouldn't worry about it. based on what you said, If you started 16ish weeks ago it would seem you are getting about a 2lb per week loss which is in the normal range. the concern for those who lose faster is that they may not be making sustainable changes and will gain it back plus some quick as they took it off. If however you are losing faster it doesn't mean you have to gain it back just that you have to build good habits to maintain once you reach goal.

Sounds to me like you are doing a fantastic job. I've been doing this since mid April and I'm down 21lbs.

You are losing about 10 pounds a month.. or 2.5 pounds week, which isn't necessarily awful. You also have 65 pounds to lose, so you can pull off a higher rate of loss.

Once you get down to about 20 or so pounds less, I would recommended switching to a pound or half a pound a week loss. The last 10-20 are the hardest to lose for most people... and upping calories will help with that.
