RMR in lieu of MFP's BMR?

The tool provided by this site calculated my BMR at 1420, but I had my RMR tested at my gym (Metacheck's 10 minute breathe test...Metabolic Rate Analysis System) and it told me my RMR was 1411. Should I use the latter when trying to calculate the ideal net calories (assuming I eat my exercise calories...I have a Polar HRM to tell me that). If yes, how would I do that on this site? I'm always thrown by MFP's reference to "daily calories burned" (which is 1770 regarding of how I change my goals and from which it forces me to take the deficit). Do I need to change anything in my profile or in the settings?
Thanks.
Thanks.
