Has anyone read/followed it?

I am anxiously awaiting it's arrival. I read some great reviews on it thru Amazon.

If you have used it, how would you rate it, 1-10 and why?

    Is this some sort of beer diet? I would stay away, We are here to make lifestyle changes not hop on the next fad diet.

    No...but thanks for your concern!

    It's not really a diet. It's a book on how to work the food plan you are using while using cognitive therapy approaches. If anyone has truly read the book they will know what I"m talking about.
