I know this recipe has been mentioned on here before, but I made this today and it is TOTALLY worth mentioning again! It is SOOOOOOOO moist and delicious!!!!!! it is half the calories and fat!

pumpkin spice bread

1 package spice cake
1 15 oz can pure pumpkin
1/2 cup water

mix all ingredients and follow directions on spice cake box. I bake mine in a loaf pan to make pumpkin bread and have it for breakfast!

    That sounds great!... do you put the regular ingredients in for the spice cake too?

    no, only those 3 ingredients, no oil or eggs!

    just want to let you know i made these last weekend,
    you don't need the water either, just the cake mix [i did one with chocolate, and one with spice cake]
    and the pumpkin,
    use a lil elbow grease til it's mixed real well and bake either cake, muffin, or what i did was muffin tops by dropping spoonfuls onto cookie sheets [lined with parchment]

    super moist and yummy! everyone loved them they only lasted 2 days

    I made this last week for Canadian Thanksgiving...it.was.to.die.for!!! I didn't add water, but i did use 2 eggs. I'm making it again this week so i can bring them to the office. I've been raving about them so everyone has been urging me to bring some in! I think i'll do cupcakes this time!
