I love the fat free oikos cherry yogurt. I know that all the fruit (jam) on the bottom is loaded with sugar. I do not stir it and eat down to just above the fruit. Any idea how many sugars I could knock off this way or should I stay away all together. ???
Thanks lots,

Marls

It's hard to say how much sugar you're avoiding. I used to love the fruit flavored chobani's. But I decided to stick with plain greek yogurt and flavor it myself. You can add your own fruit (sometimes I blend and microwave some fruit, let it cool then mix it in) or if you want to cut out the sugar all together I also flavor it with the Mio drink flavoring stuff. A little bit of that stuff goes a long way and they have great flavors!

    Hope this helps! :)

I think that you should buy plain yogurt instead of fruit instead of wasting the delicious fruit.

Just buy the plain and if you get Fat Free there will be more sugar than a 2% Fat choice as well. Depends how tight you are trying to be with your sugar I guess.

Not necessarily. I buy the Dannon Oikos Fat free greek yogurt and it only has 5 grams of sugar per cup.
