The health benefits come out most when you grind it (Magic Bullet/Coffee Grinder). It's virtually tastless, throw is in with any baking (even brownies) or on top of casseroles and cereal.0

I grind it, and then put it on cereal, in yogurt, on salads...0

Replace eggs with flax seeds in baking. Mix 1 T flax seeds with 3 T water and let it set up for 15 minutes.0

I have seen recipes that mix it in with other items, like flour, panko or fiber one cereal. Have not tried it yet though.0
