Anybody know where to find an acurate place for calories on Greek food? I tried searching the web but it didnt help. My mom made tiropitas which are the triangles filled with feta cheese made of filo dough....they fit in palm of my hand and i had 2....Just wondering if anyone could help. Thanks!

You could try thedailyplate.com or you could just put it in as spanakopita (sounds similar to that at least). Sometimes I just try to ballpark or find the next closest match!

If you have the recipe, you can enter it into sparkrecipes.com or recipezaar.com or another recipe site/calculator so you have the accurate information for what you're eating. That's what I've done with homemade items, especially if it's something I know I'll be eating again!
