30 Day Shred- Motivation is gone!

So. Today will be my 11th day on the shred. I plan on beginning Level 2 as I want to do 10 days of each level. I also do NOT want to take rest days. I have seen major changes from just these 10 days, but at the moment, I can't get up and make myself turn on the DVD! I feel extremely tired and am not motivated whatsoever. (side note, I did have the second series of hep b vaccines this morning, because I start clinicals in my school program in two weeks, I feel like this is part of my problem.)

Any help, motivation or support at all would be GREATLY appreciated. Would love to see pics, or inches/pounds lost from those here on MFP! Also, if you have a blog tracking your results, feel free to share! Thanks y'all!
