logging exercise

Question for you. I'm new to MFP and I am trying to log everything. I'm noticing that its not giving me any calories associated with my strength (weight training) which I do 3 times a week. Why is this? Or am I just logging them wrong? I using the list closest to the activities in the system, but have no way to know how these workouts are impacting my calorie count.
