In the "before" pictures I weighed about 204. I started calorie counting February 2011. The May 2012 picture is me at 146lbs :D.

Today I weighed in at 139lbs :D. I'd take a picture, but 1.) I hate pictures and 2.) My face broke out and I have a super nasty zit that made my eyebrow swell up.

Story is in my profile :)

    I'm 5'8.75" (they won't give me 5'9" at the Dr.'s office HAHA!)

I'm 5'7" My profile pic is me about 200 lbs and then again at 175. I am about 168 now, goal is 150, although I will re-evaluate at that point and see if I need to lose more. I'll take another pic when I hit 160. I think I look pretty good in the mirror, but when I see photos it never quite looks as good. :grumble:

The first pic is January 2012. I've lost most of the weight since April 1 when I started eating Paleo/Primal.

Started somewhere over 150. Had a abnormally high heart rate and felt like crap. Did the 1200 thing got sick and upped cals. Been feeling great since.

Got to 120 netting ~1650. I was very sedentary.

Upped my cal intake and started getting active. Upped protein by 1.8g/kg my mass. Im still 120. This is me 1 month after goal (april or may I think)
