I usually find that when I reach one weight loss goal, I wind up at a stand still. I wind up maintaining (not usually gaining) weight for so long that I get discouraged and just want to quit. Almost like I don't feel deserving of success, or I just don't feel like putting forth the extra effort to lose more. SO not happening this time, but does anyone else feel like this when they hit a wall?

I know what you mean, I'v been stuck for over 2 weeks now - not at a goal yet but it is frustrating.

yup i am going through that right now...i haven't lost anything this month, just keep gaining and losing the same 2-3 lbs. I am so frustrated right now b/c it's summer and it's so hard but i don't want to start gaining it all over again and lose all my hard work that i have done. so i am attempting to kick start a home dvd session on ayg 1st 5 days a week to hopefully kick my butt back in gear. I just don't want to give up but i also don't want to creep back into my old negative habits that i seem to be doing right now...

I find that working out at home with my dvds allows me to be more consistent in my exercise regime. I've never been a fan of the:smile: gym!
