This is an example of why it is SO important for accurate tracking to have a food scale...
I had a President's Choice - Ciabatta Burger Bun with my dinner. The package states that 1 bun (56g) = 1 serving. Just for kicks I weighed the bun.. it was almost 80g! That's over a 40% increase in calories from what is stated on the bag.

wowwwww that is a big jump i eat mostly fruits and veggies not a meat eater but im sure its not always accurate because i am using cups not too sure though0
