Strength training into exercise diary?

I just finished a half hour of strength training (bench press, chest flyes, etc.), and I was going to add it into my exercise for the day but I don't know if it's worth it to add each individual exercise move into the search box. I know that this website supposedly overestimates calories burned, so would it be better to just leave them out of my recorded exercises? What do you do when it comes to strength training and tracking it?

I've not been doing strength training that long, and am currently following the new rules of lifting for women, what I do is I add every individual exercise, reps and weight into the strength bit, this is mainly so I can keep track of how much I am lifting. Then I add 35 mins of general strength training into cardio. Not sure if this is what everyone else does but it works for me!0
