3 Pounds Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
3/4 Cup Apricot Spreadable Fruit
1 (8 oz.) Bottle Kraft Free Catalina Dressing
1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix

Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and place into crockpot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over rice for additional points.

Serves: 12 (1/2 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 183 Calories; 3g Fat (16.1% calories from fat); 26g Protein; 11g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 69mg Cholesterol; 374mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain (Starch); 3 1/2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fruit; 0 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates. WWP: 4
