Vegies for breakky

I am always trying to get in some more vegies - I can never have enough really - and I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for incorporating them into breakfast?

Suggestions don't necessarily have to have eggs featuring, because I eat quite a few eggs per week for lunch/dinner, but still feel free to share any good. Even if I don't have them for brekky, I'll try them for other meals! :D

I typically have vegemite and avocado on toast for breakfast or berries and Greek yoghurt or weetbix or oats and a piece of fruit or a combination of the above.

    I sometimes do veggie omlettes or crustless quiche with any combination of spinich, onion, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms and anything else that looks good that day. I also will add a handfull of spinich to smoothies; you can't even taste it.
