Someone tell me how many calories I need!

I weigh 133. 5.3 ft female. 30 years old. Workout 6-7 days per week hardcore. Wear a chest strap heart rate monitor, burn approx 700 cals per day. Should my net calories equal my BMR (1370)? I want to go to where I was a year ago. 120-122. Bulked up a bit lifting but have reserved back to cardio such as Insanity, Asylum, Turbo Fire, Cathe. Fat gain noticeable in my stomach.

    It is indeed wise to net your BMR per day.

    Eat above your BMR but lower than your TDEE.
