not eating all the calories

I just can't seem to get the 1200 caloties in. I don't want to slow down on my walking because its a great stress relievers. Thanks. Oh I lost 13 pounds before starting here. Take all friends.

Yes , you can. Eat foods that are more calorie dense.

On your home page, go to the tab that says settings (the last one), click on it, the choose diary settings and at the bottom choose public.0 -

You're hitting your goals just fine and well over 1200 calories. What are you talking about?0

I looked back several days and you hit your calories every day. Did you set the 1200 or did the system? Medication and certain ailments can make it harder to lose weight. That is a question for your doctor as is your calorie limit/goal.0

I just put in dinner. I let the system pick it for maximum loss. I thought I was messing up bad. How many calories do you burn worrying? :laugh:0
