Teenagers at home?

Anyone else have growing, hungry teenagers in their homes and need to make food that appeals to all?
My 14 yo son just started football again and he needs to consume a lot more calories than my food can provide. I'm just curious if anyone has found a way to prepare the lower-fat, lower-calorie healthy food you eat and turn it into something your teenagers will also devour. I should add that hubby would prefer to eat the way the teenagers do as well!

Not helpful But I cook seperate foods............. But I did this pre dieting also.0
