Lose 5 Pounds in August challenge!

Here we go again! Let's see how many total pounds we can lose in August. Aim for 5, then let us know at month's end what your total is. August will be a huge challenge or me with my son's wedding and all, but I need to stay focused!

    I have a whole pile of 'skinny clothes' - I want to throw them out & buy a completely new set!

    & I'm going to add a goal for this month for myself - I'm going to commit to tracking no matter what (it's something I struggle with). :)

    All right- dang nab it- you got me! I said to myself I'd like to lose 10 # between now and 9/7. I purchased some of that green coffee extract to help me along... Being accountable in this way will be good- because left to my own devices, I'm hopeless!
    I'm thinking if I beef up my running regimen and perhaps bike after work, I can do this. I'm starting to feel fat again as the pounds are mounting back on- I hate that feeling. I need this...
