    I exlpained on a previous post, that i have found toneitupcom on youtube. The girls, Karena & Katrina do alot of toning exercises, but there maybe some cardio stuff in there too. I haven't gone through all the videos though, so not sure.

    I think fitnessblender also has cardio and shaping videos on youtube as well. Hope that helps. :)
