6 Medium Apples, sliced
4 Cups Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Egg Substitute
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Cups Splenda Granular, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the apple slices with 1 cup of Splenda, then place the apples into a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. In a food processor, crush the cereal. Mix the crushed cereal, baking powder, remaining cup of Splenda, cinnamon and egg substitute until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve Warm.
