I always crave chocolate and so I keep on hand something like weight watchers icecream candy bars (my fave) that satisfies the craving without going off plan. Also I crave more meat like steak. So I plan that into my menu. And I often crave french fries or comfort food like mac and cheese. I bake the fries and they aren't too bad, no worse than a small baked potato. For mac and cheese I get a lean cuisine or a smart ones entree. As long as I don't feel deprived I do ok. Find an alternative for your craving foods that is ok on your plan

I have to agree with you about the protein. My goal is 90 grams a day and I fill so stuffed, I can't even imagine wanting to put one more thing in my mouth! So my advice, increase your protein and see if that helps.
Thanks for the advice! I will try it!!

I stock up on protein bars (zone perfect is a decent brand),then I can feel like I'm eating candy bars and the like, but actually get some nutrition out of them. The cookie dough is actually pretty good. :)
I will try this also!!! Thank you !

Because everything bloats me up anyways, I just make sure I eat lots of fruit and veg, and I end up feeling as stuffed as if I had eaten pizza :)
