Try jumping jacks, jump rope. If you have a DVD player get some Bob Harper DVD's. I have comcast cable and on "On Demand " they have free work-outs. Even try youtube for some moves from well known trainers. Hope some of these help you. Good luck0

I'm really cheap, so I wont buy dvds. I went on youtube and found caddie ho pop pilates, and it KILLS! it's awesome but really hard to get used to, I also saved up and got a el cheapo exersize bike from big W0

There's an excellent strength training routine that uses nothing but bodyweight written up on my profile page. If you look in my gallery at the before and after pictures (red pj pants are after), you'll see the results.
40lbs in 3mos, only 3x a week for about an hour...combined with a healthy diet.0 -
I'd recommend buying a resistance band as well as some workout DVDs. The resistance band can be very dynamic to your workout and help you to tone your muscles while you burn. It also helps to prepare your muscles for when you reach your goal weight and decide you want to firm up or work on a particular part of your body.
Another important thing is to set exercise goals. Working out when you "feel like it" can be a very bad idea and cause you to lose your motivation. Try setting a weekly goal and break that up into days. On your workout days at least start doing the exercises, even if you stop early, so that you get used to the idea of exercising. Build the habit.0 -

I also picked up an almost brand new stationary bike on Craigslist for only 25 bucks! I LOVE it! I ride it and watch tv lol.0 -
When I know I can't go out and enjoy my nature walks or cycling, I put on a netflix show, sit on my balance ball and go to town. I go thru core exercises, use resistance bands and small weights. I basically go from top to bottom. Start with arms, back, core, butt, legs, etc. Sometimes it's a nice change of pace and its a GREAT workout.0

I have found, just this weekend, toneitupcom on youtube. Or their website is www.toneitup.com. Its by Karena & Katrina. I had previously been watching (and attemping to do) zuzana light and bodyrocktv. I found that some of it was just to hard for me. I also want to lose weight and tone up, but not look like a body builder. On toneitupcom they do some of the same moves as the other two, but it doesn't seem as hard core. Really though you can find pretty much anything on youtube.0

I like the convict conditioning workout. 20 minutes a day 3 days a week. On top of that I am getting stronger than when i used to hit the weights.0
