INSANITY results

I would like to know what your results were after your 60 days of doing Insanity... weight/inches lost... I am about to start doing it and I am just in hope sof it helping and of me doing it...

    I never took my measurements so I can't be much help there. But I weighed 124 lbs when I started Insanity. I was 115 by the end. I also went down a pant size. If you stick to it it's definitely well worth it in the end! You will feel so accomplished! Good luck on your journey!

    Thank you so much for the reply. I figure at first I will be awful..well I know I will but I aim to keep on with it.

    My daughter and I just started it yesterday :) So I can't offer up results, but have a bunch on my FL that have done it and loved it - not just for appearance results, but endurance results
