i hope you are ok...you are an amazing person. you should be proud at losing inches....the scale doesn't determine how you feel inside....
i want to buy a hrm also, but can't because of financial issues.....i weight it out...finish school or charge things that i know i am not going to use that much and like always my education always comes on top.
hopefully when i finish school and find a great job...i can buy things i want and not really need...but who knows with a teacher's paycheck..lol
as far as "the cup size" don't beat yourself up...look at hte bright side..woman pay money for that size...you will be slim wiht a "rack" i am trying to cheer you up...i hope i didn't make matters worse..sorry if i did.
hang in and down worry...you will lose the weight with/or without the hrm.

I appreciate your kindness. I guess I need to look at 6 months progress instead of 1 month. In the last year I have lost 12 inches in my waist and 12 in my hips so that is nothing to laugh at. Hopefully I'll learn to be thankful for my traffic stoppers/traveling pillow.:laugh:

Hi Falha, I hope you and your family get well soon , being sick for a time can be sooo draining on everyone and thing , if you have no energy and your sick you should rest i wouldnt force yourself to workout to hard, take care :flowerforyou:

I'm still here too. I just did the 30 Day Shred for the first time. Wow! I hope my endurance gets better soon.
P.S. I mostly stayed away from Halloween candy. A friend gave me an Organic Dark Chocolate bar and I have had a piece or two of that when I get tempted and it is more satisfying to me.0 -
I blew my calories; not with candy but barbeque and fried chicken and creamed potatoes. Only 30 min of exercise today but I'm gonna make it up tomorrow.

Good Morning gang,
this weekend i headed down hill, not because of the holloween candy but by avoiding candy i ate other food/sweets/junk that i am not proud of. someone gave my 3 pumpkins so i decided to make homemade pumpkin pies....well i made 3 pumpkin pies, gave one away and the rest sat on the counter....i ate one slice from the first one, and that one is all gone. i ate one slice from the second one....i tried my hardest to avoid :mad: them but i was so proud at myself for doing the whole pie, flaky crust + filling, myself. i did manage to workout on Saturday...30 minutes on the treadmill, tried to work off some of the damage i created for myself.
that was not the end of my weekend..i still had Sunday...told myself i was not going to eat pie or anything else. i was going to focus on my diet and get back on track. that didn't go so well, i ate philly soft pretzels ( i think 4) i lost count after the 3rd one....
Today is MOnday a new day....i am seriously avoiding the pie today...i can't handle a gain on the scale..and that is what's keeping me in line. i will workout today - not sure how much since i have a busy day.

Good Morning All:
I have had a very tough week so far...and with that said, i made very bad choices... today is a new day so i am going to exercise on the treadmill for 1 hours plus biggest loser bootcamp...cardio max, level one....i need to do this to give myself a lesson not to over do it on calories or i have to work over time exercising.
I did weigh myelf today and i was up 2 pounds...i know that is from poor eating habits and not exercising...i am expecting my TOM...but i am blaming it on my eating and not that...
why is it i do really good..start losing weight..but than i fall off the wagon...eat everything in sight:sad: and then tell myself...today is a new day but then go back to what i was doning...i realy have to work on my emotional eating....i have been stuggling with this my whole life. this is why i am this big..i can't say no to food..i give in right away. I hate myself for not having willpower.
i know it's Wednesday..so this week i will be focusing on saying NO...and having will power to say NO!!!

hello everyone!
What happened to the group? I hope everyone is doing good this week.
For me, i have been somewhat good this week...since Sunday is the start of the week..i managed to stay within my calorie even thought i ate 2 pieces of chicken wings... Monday was fairly normal for a school day...prep my day as normal and managed to get one hour on the treadmill before leaving to the campus...i managed to burn 500 calories and walked/jopgged for about 4 miles...i think i will mix up my days. some days i will walk for 60 minutes and other days i will do the both (walk/jog) for 60 minutes, interveals....
well let me go and prep for my class today...i have a long day today. I hope everyone is in good health.

Sunday is my cheat day but I over cheated but made up for it yesterday so I am on track. The scale moved a tiny bit. I am going back to calorie cycling. I'm going to decrease my exercise intensity and take more rest days and see if that helps.

I have been fairly consistent on staying on goal for food and exercise. I just wish it would come off faster. I did have some pie today, but I logged it and managed to stay within my calories.0

Still around. I lost 1 pound. I guess sometimes you got to rest the body if you want to see the pounds go.
I have a goal to stay in a deficit at least 4 days this week. Thanksgiving day will be a bust but I will try not to go over board.0 -
I am still here. I was down a couple more pounds, but the scale is a fickle thing and it has crept back up. I *may* weigh myself a bit too often I hope everyone has a good week. My Thanksgiving plan is small portions of what I really really like. 'Tis the season already with food being brought at work and social gatherings. I am not good at being strong at such things.0

Made it through thanksgiving and the day after surprisingly was down 0.8 pounds thanks to a lot a green tea yesterday. Hopefully the rest of the water weight will go away and take some fat along with it.0
