I'm new to the website but have a few questions. Okay one question...lol...how should I count the zumba workouts? I have the at home dvd's and want to know how I should enter that into the exercise log. Any advice would be helpful.
Other than that I'm here to lose weight just because I threw out my back and the only reason we can think of why my back went out is because I am overweight. The doctors thought my injuries were consistent with a car accident. :noway: That was literally the straw that broke the camels back.
