Home Work-outs/ modifications for bad tailbone and knees?

Hey I was wondering if anyone had some work-outs that I can do at home. I have weak knees, and I broke my tailbone two years ago and it still causes me pain (when I sit in certain chairs, or do sit-ups). I also have some hip issues which I've just kinda been ignoring, because it hurts to walk at times but I know if I can walk through the hip pain it will eventually go away.
I'm also quite "busty" so things like jumping-jacks, jogging, etc. are difficult.
I can do crunches just fine, but I've been told that those are a waste of my time. Any thoughts?
Thanks for the help!!!
