Cottage Cheese Diet

So this diet apparently is only supposed to be a 5 day diet. You can eat only cottage cheese, apples, greens, boiled eggs, tomatoes, and lowfat yogurt. Along with plenty of water. I think I could really do this sort of diet, but wondering if anyone thinks it's a really bad idea? lol Because this along with workouts everyday, might possibly stressing my body out? Would it be okay to make this sort of diet into more of a regimen than just five days? It has absolutely no bread, which is something that is extremely hard for me to cut out, but this sounds pretty good to me.....something I could do easily because there are still SOME carbs.

Well it doesn't sound like it would be horribly bad for you if it's only 5 days. I'm no nutritionist of course, so take this with a grain of salt.
My problem with 'diets' of this kind is that it's not going to do me much good in the long run unless it helps me to change my eating habits for a lifetime. If it's not something I can do for the rest of my life it's not worth it to me.
I've been changing the way I live, which has accommodated my weight loss, and it's how I fully intend to live the rest of my life - with exercise and proper eating habits. So I'd not do a diet like this.
But your mileage may vary.0
