I'm going to do the wall push ups because of a back injury...they are not as easy as one would think ;-) Great way to strengthen the chest without applying pressure to the spine!!!! Glad for this challenge today!!!!0

Haven't had a chance to post til now, but as of 4:45 pm on Tues, you can put me down at DONE! First time ever I've done 50 pushups in one day. Go Me!0

I ended up getting a lot of push ups in yesterday! Between the push ups I did during 30 DS and at bootcamp, I did 100 - only 10 of them were regular push ups, the rest were on my knees!0

There are times I do not do them all but I figure I did more than if I hadn't accepted the challenge. Halfway still deserved a smile0 -
No push-ups here ... shoulder surgery recovery! However, will do my best with my stationary bike! Had a family reunion for the last 5-days (big family here) -- spent two full days driving back & forth so now this new person needs to get back on track!0
