August goals (non-scale)

I have reached my goal weight/size. So for August I want to focus on increased health, energy, mood. 10 things to do and 10 things to avoid My plans (as usual) are to

1. drink more water
2. drink lemon water
3. drink green tea
4. 3 berry smoothie with hemp protien after workouts
5. eat kale, spinach, broccoli, arugla, brussel sprouts, swiss chard, collard greens at least twice a week (right now I use my Amazing Grass Superfood powder, continue that as well)
6. 3 days cardio, 2-3 days strength, 1 day yoga
7. Have more lemon, parsley, mint, cilantro, cucumber, celery
8. Eat healthy nuts and avocado
9. Eat colorful veggies (red, yellow, orange peppers)
10. Be nice,

Limit/Avoid
1. Coffee
2. Stevia (use honey instead), artifical sweetners
3. Bread
4. Pasta
5. Fried food
6. Dairy
7. Cereal
8. bottled dressing of any kind


I already don't have pork, alcohol, or red meat.

Any tips?
