What is the nicest thing to buy for lunch in Costa Coffee in the UK? When I say nicest I mean healthiest!

The paninis are pretty high in calories (most 500ish) considering they are so small. Cheese and ham toastie for 300 cal is a good option?
They do toast at breakfast. I'd get a strawberry granola yoghurt, an apple and two slices of multigrain toast. More total cals as the tiny little toastie but at least I'd feel like I'd eaten a decent lunch.0 -
Would you really pay those prices though? How do people afford to eat out everyday? Especially in London. I couldn't, which is why i make a packed lunch. Chicken salad, yogurt, fruit, some nuts, eggs. Costs me a fraction of what some people spend on lunch.0
