Ok, I just need to give a shout out to the customer service at FitBit. I had lost mine and contacted them to see if it was at all possible to locate it. Thought it was a long shot - and it was; they cannot track the unit. BUT, they shipped out a new one at no charge. I am really impressed! Now, I love my little FitBit even more!!!

So, if you're on the fence about a FitBit, go for it. I check mine all day (except, apparently, when it's about to fall off my waistband) and can't wait to get my new one and get back to counting steps!

    Same thing happened to me, I have never before encountered such great customer service.

    Yeah I really liked mine too. But it went all wonky and was flashing sometimes and not responding other times. They have offered me a replacement. I just don't want to pay duty again. So if they cover that too I'll be impressed. Climb those stairs!

    I don't know how long ago you contacted them, but try again... they can only say no and they might say YES!
