    I'm certain she has more muscle and less fat than me, and as it's my goal to lose fat and gain muscle (not so bothered whether my weight stays the same, goes up or goes down so long as I'm gaining muscle and losing fat), and as I'd like to take up martial arts again and I'm British, she can be my inspiration :)

    It's not just her story, or the fact she's Team GB, it's that I do Tae Kwon Do too and would LOVE to be her!! Can't wait to start watching it!! One of my TKD buddies has tickets to see it live!!

    I was just delighted that I was anything like the same proportions as an ATHLETE! The closest woman to me in size was Amanda Bingson, US hammer thrower, and she looks great! It gives me something to aspire to.
