    i fell off track for about a month and a half and now im behind :frown: but im starting to focus again ... is ok to go back even tho ive been gone for a while? :ohwell:

    absolutely it's ok to come back!!!

    we all have days/weeks when we don't accomplish as much as we like! just get back on and try again!
    I had 3 weeks when I maintained!!
    check in is on thursday, i want to see you check in even if it's to report no change!!!
