Earlier, I had joined this challenge. And now, I have completely fell of the wagon.
Take a look at my food diary. It is horrible! For the past two weeks I have been eating pizza, cupcakes, halloween candy, carbs carbs carbs. AND...I haven't excercised in 2 weeks!!! I am completely disgusted with myself. And I just cannot seem to work up the motivation to get back to my calorie/eating schedule. I'm so afraid to even step on the scale.

Ok... so I work with kids who have behavioral disorders and one thing we stress with them is to not dwell on their mistakes. If so, it's so easy to keep going with that downward spiral. Instead, identify why those mistakes were made and move on. When you do, you'll feel like you've conquered a ton!
This is definitely a method that I think we can all take and apply to our lives -- especially when we are making a life change to become healthier! Don't let these past couple weeks ruin your goals! You can do it. :happy:0 -

I am amazed that I could lose 3 pounds this week. I really stepped it up on the elliptical. I had been just trying to make sure that I made it on there for a half hour or so. Well, I decided I needed more so I'm trying to stay for at least 45 minutes. I am reading a book while doing it so I get lost in the time, and I want to keep reading so it keeps me on there. Great motivation for me I guess.
Also, we are a little tight on money these last couple weeks so that helped too with not eating junk at all really.
Now, if I can just get these last 11 pounds off in the next month....we'll see.0 -
Crud...I didn't realize that I was down to 146.4 before Thanksgiving. I thought I had stayed consistant by weighing in at what I did... when in fact I had gained almost 2 lbs. :grumble: Darn..... This is a new week though! I'm NOT going to let that get me down & my weight WILL drop this week! Here I come Zumba! :happy:

Didn't do so hot this week, but am glad I was able to maintain. Ugg, only two more weigh ins before Christmas. I'm not likely to get to 140. I'll be happy to get into the 140s though. That's only 2 pounds to lose. If I lose another 7 pounds, I'll hit my pre-preggo weight. Gotta kick it up a notch - the eating is what's getting me right now. This week will be better.0 -

I'm actually surprised that I lost a pound this week, but its good! I doubt I'll get to 140 or even 145 by next week, or even the new year, but thats ok. I'll be stoked to be in the 140s anyway - hopefully next week!0 -
