Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

1 (28 oz.) Can Peeled Tomatoes
1 (18 0z.) Can Peeled Diced Tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) Can Tomato Puree
1 (6 oz.) Can Tomato Paste
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
5-12 Packets Splenda (Optional)

Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot and cook on low for at least 8 hours.

Serves: 17 (1/2 Cup Each)
Per Serving: 36 Calories; trace Fat (5.8% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 251mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain (Starch); 1 1/2 Vegetable; 0 Fat. WWP: 0

    Thanks, I still have several quarts of frozen tomatoes to use up before gardening again come spring. :flowerforyou: I use splenda but I don't buy it in packets.....do you know the packets egual to tablespoons? Thanks again, I made a copy to keep on hand.:wink:
