My name is Deborina. I have returned to My Fitness Pal because I am ready to get serious about my health. I would like to talk with folks who are serious about their health and any tips you may have on losing weight. I'm glad to be back and am sticking with it.

    Hello deborina, I like your name Barbarino anyone John Travolta Welcome Back Carter. :wink: My only tip would be to stick to your commitment long enough for your mind & body to merge in unison. Give it time, in the mean time stick to the guide lines from MFP they will work, within weeks you will notice a difference in the mirrow & the scale, but more like by the first date you will notice a tiny difference in the way you feel, and that feeling will continue to increase as time goes by. :smile: All the best.

    copy and paste the ticker code into your signature, so go SETTINGS, and then signatures, and fill in from there :smile:
