I know this is completely off topic, but I just wanted to share..

If you come to a point where you're looking for a back yard climber for your kids, I just have to give my testimony for Little Tykes. On Friday we had a large tree fall in our yard while we were at work. It crushed my kids' climber (which we've had for about 4 years). About an hour after we got the tree off of it, we noticed it started to reshape itself. Last night I took a picture of it and it looks perfect. We didn't do a thing to it! Good ol' plastic and sun!

And the structural integrity must be the exact same as before the accident. One time, I got into a minor fender-bender in my Ford Pinto but nothing bad happened.

  • Wow! got to love Little Tykes!
Edited to add the integrity probably isn't what it was, BUT Little Tykes toys are amazingly robust, and this is impressive. Plus, it's a small kids toy, not something that will regularly take 20 stone of weight!

And you have to be an @ss hole about it, why? You're talking a POS car compared to a plastic kids climber. If my 200+ lb husband can stand on it, I'm okay with my 6 and 3 year old kids playing on it. I just thought I'd pass along a great experience I had with a product.

    Thanks for your little contribution....

That is really awesome. Guess some things these days are still made with quality...

Question to those with small children: Do you find it hard to workout without them wanting to join? I think it motivates me. Just got the Nickelodean (spelling?) just dance and it is soooo fun. My 4 year old loves to work out with me!

When I work out at home, yes, mine always want to join. I try to let them, but it's tough. I have a Nick Fit Wii game for them and my 3 year old loves it. My 6 year old is a little old for it, but when his sister starts playing, he typically joins in. We mostly just try to get them running around and then I work out when they're in bed.

    I don't have children.
But that climber is amazing the way it reset itself.
I used to work in day care centers and always liked Little Tykes products.
