Hey all!
My name is Jonny
I am 24, and full time student work full time also.
I keep getting told that it is so much easier for men to lose weight then woman. And I really think that to be untrue, because everyone body type is different. But I can tell you one thing it has not been any easy task to lose 20 pounds. I was always smaller through school, and then right out of high school I gained probably 100lbs. So please tell me your insight on this I want to hear from you boys and girls
Thanks all,
Jonny

Hi J,
I also work full time and attend school full time- I have had other students in it longer than me warn me that they gained a bunch of weight since starting school...
I think we all have challenges, the quesiton is what are the outside factors that hinder us, and how can we get around them??
