Hi!

I'm krysten.. been trying this lifestyle change thing for almost 5 months now.. NOT easy!

So, I have been WANTING to get up really early in the Morning for my walks, do it before work, but I can't seem to get my lazy *kitten* out of bed. I need to be at work by 8:15.. so I wake up to get ready around 6:30.

Any tips on helping my lazy *kitten* get up early?! i just cant seem to get this done...then when I get home from work, I am rushing to get food prep done, dinner, and a work out,.. its ridiculous!

If I don't get enough sleep I can't get up in the morning... I'm just not a morning person!

I have to get my exercise at night, before bed. Sad, but true!

Little trick im doing is to park your car further away from the work car park and walk with an i pod and a very heavy dance song!! i get to work very out of breath and then get to have evenings to myself. :-)

It gets better with time and repetition. The more regularly you get up early you will train your internal body clock to readjust.

i'm just like you, krysten. would love to get work outs out of the way in the morning, but, just can't seem to drag my butt out of bed to do it.

unfortunately i think it just comes down to will power and desire to shift your lifestyle to get it done.

personally, i don't get much "me" time until my little one gets to bed, so, i end up staying up later and refusing to get up in the morning. i could get an equivalent amount of "me" time in the morning, but, wouldn't be able to watch chelsea lately and in there my choice is made :)
