WELL, I STOPPED TRACKING MY CALORIES ANF GAINED 2 OUTTA 4 POUNDS THAT I LOST. IM GETTING RID OF MY GYM MEMBERSHIP AND GOING TO START UP AT CURVES AGAIN...IF YOU HAVENT BEEN THERE YOU SHOULD MOST DEFINATELY CHECK IT OUT. I LOVED IT WHEN I USED TO GO AND I SAW RESULTS WHETHER IT WAS 5 INCHES OR 5 POUNDS. IM BACK! AND READY TO GET DOWN TO MY GOAL!!! HOPEFULLY LOWER HAHA. JULY 2010 IS WHEN I HOPE TO REACH IT SO LETS DO IT. =)

    I'm right there with you! My motto this fall/winter is no more slackin!! I always seem to do good for a few weeks straight and then I start slackin and fall of the wagon.

    I really like this site and I've been recording my food/exercise for about 3 weeks now and it seems to help. I'm so more self conscience of what I'm eating since I have to log it on here.

    One thing I do miss is having a gym membership. So far I've just been working out doing videos at home and going for walks/jogs outside. I might check out Curves now that you've mentioned it.
