I often eat a multigenics ultrameal bar for breakfast. They recently told me they are very back ordered and will not be available for a while. I am now looking for another meal replacement bar for breakfast. Does anyone have one that they really like?

I have found that a lot of meal bars have soy as their main ingredient, and I don't eat soy. So I've discovered "KIND PLUS Food Bars. They are fantastic! I love em', and they fill me up when I have them with a full glass of water. All natural, gluten free and lots of fiber.0

The multigenics ones I eat do not contain soy as I try to stay away from it too. I will check out the ones you recommended as I try to eat gluten free (I feel better for it). Thank you very much!0

As a woman I love Luna bars. I think Clif is the male equivalent.0

I don't really eat meal REPLACEMENT bars. However, sometimes when I travel I may grab one. I usually go with the Pure Protein bars. They're really low fat/sugar with high protein. I also like Supreme Protein Carb Conscious Peanut Butter and Jelly, Power Crunch Vanilla Creme, and Power Crunch Chocolate. There's tons more that I may grab, but I can't remember them all LOL. They're good if you're in a rush, on the road, or a quick snack, but I usually like to eat "regular" and "natural" food (stuff where the ingredients are the thing themselves). I never eat bars for breakfast. I always eat a nice, big breakfast. It takes getting up and cooking, but soooooo worth it!0

My breakfasts and lunches usually consist of a Clif Builder Bar or a "regular" Clif. I find them delicious and filling.0

I agree...Kind bars are very good, & very healthy for you. They also have Kind granola, which is great alone or mixed with yogurt.0 -

I usually would make breakfast but I have to be at work at 5:45 or 6 three days a week. My kids are asleep when I leave so I can't be making noise.0
