East coast germs & achy feet

Went to visit my brother in Providence, RI last week...caught a cold there that's the worst I've had in years...which makes me think perhaps east coast germs are rougher on west coast residents?
Anyway despite the cold and the plentiful amounts of food we all ate without counting a thing, I did keep in mind exercise, so we must have walked 30 or more miles altogether while there. (including a lot in Boston for a day trip)
Ready to get back to counting today and get back on track. I figure the walking compensated for the food.
Now, does sneezing burn calories?
