Flax, PB, banana MIM. Sooo Good!

I wanted a "lowish" carb breakfast this morning and came across MIM or muffin in a minute. I just added banana, PB and sf chocolate syrup.

Chocolate, PB, banana MIM recipe

1 whole egg
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
1/2 medium banana mashed
1 packet sweetener of choice ( I used stevia in the raw)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

mix all dry ingredients, mix all wet ingredients then combine them. Put them in a microwave safe coffee cup, microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Enjoy!

It was so good and moist.
