As I've lost weight I still notice that the calories I burn during my workouts has not decreased at all. Wouldn't they decrease slightly if I'm not as heavy? Is there something I need to change to make it more accurate? Thanks in advance.

Yes, the calories burned should decrease as you lose weight. Are you just using MFP? Some people say it takes your weight into account, but I personally don't think it does. So if it's not reducing your burn after losing 20 lbs., I would say it's not taking weight into account.0
