Another protein question

Is it ok to be under on my protein by only 7g....i've been trying to figure out whats working for me and whats not. i tried protein powder and didn't like it. i was given some suggestions like different brands, flavors, and different ways to use it. but if i still can't handle it then i'm going to add some almonds, nuts, beans ect....i'm still under by 7g. but i'm over on carbs, cals ect though.

so is being under by 7 ok?

    Im sure being under that small of amount should be ok. But if you are doing weight training or lifting/ or strength training, then you need extra protein in your diet.
