Pool exersise

Hi, anyone got any ideas on muscle workouts and fat burning I can do in the pool.cant get out to go the gym or walking so have to make use of my pool for all my exersise .

    The pool is awesome, in fact I am thinking that might be a good place for me today. Just treading water is good, use the resistance of the water. If you are doing it in the shallows walk as quickly as you can back and forth. In the deep pull your legs up and out then down.
